Refunds
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include a clear photo of the product in its original packaging. Once we review your request, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within up to 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days:

2. Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time for your refund to post.

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
