Wet walnuts have a soft, almost creamy texture that makes them stand out from the dried nuts you’re used to. Paired with peeled almonds, they create a gentle balance of flavors—mild, slightly sweet, and just the right amount of crunch. This recipe keeps things simple, letting the freshness of the nuts shine through.
