Organic walnut flour is sold shelled and ground for your baking and creaming convenience! Our powdered walnuts are raw, organic walnuts that have not been treated or processed in any way, except naturally ground on the farm to avoid cross-contamination. Our nut flours are gluten-free.
Store in a cool, dry, airtight container. For prolonged storage freeze.

Organic walnut flour from Handy Farms Red Livermore Walnut trees are a festive red because of their dense nutrition, including high concentrations of B vitamins and antioxidants. Perhaps you’ve eaten an English Walnut in the past and found it too bitter. Red Walnuts have a considerably low level of tannic acid, making them far less bitter and easier to digest.

Handy Farms is owned and operated by the property’s only residents: The Handy Family. Clayton Handy had a dream to create a fully sustainable farm. He dreamed of having his food products free from pesticides, and herbicides, and as nutritionally dense as possible. The result is an agricultural system that preserves the health of the farmer, consumer, and mother nature.
All products at Handy Farms are grown using a regenerative agriculture system. This means the diverse plant and fungal ecology is planned in such a way that the crop's nutritional needs are met by this underground network. As a result of the dense understory soil organic matter is also building. This improves the soil’s water-holding capacity and pulls carbon from the atmosphere into the soil where it acts as a vital building component in plant growth. How is that for reducing carbon footprint?
