A clean, simple recipe for DIY almond milk made from California farm almonds — completely gum‑free, zero sugar, and naturally gluten‑free.

Health Benefits of Almonds
Almonds have been valued for centuries not just as a delicious food, but as a naturally nourishing ingredient that supports overall wellness. Rich in plant‑based antioxidants, vitamin E, healthy fats, and essential minerals, almonds offer a wide range of benefits when enjoyed as part of a balanced diet. Their combination of fiber and natural oils can help promote comfortable digestion, while their nutrient profile supports sustained energy and everyday wellness.
Because almonds contain naturally occurring antioxidants and polyphenols, they may help protect cells from oxidative stress. Their healthy monounsaturated fats are known for supporting heart‑friendly eating patterns, and their balance of protein and fiber makes them a satisfying snack that fits easily into gluten‑free, dairy‑free, and clean‑label lifestyles.
