To preserve the freshness of your organic butter. Our walnuts are stored in the whole shell because the shell preserves the walnut quality. We shell our organic nuts periodically to fulfill orders. Then complete all orders and ship them immediately. Our equipment is on our farm and dedicated to our nuts. After the shells are removed from the raw walnut, the walnut meal is blended to make walnut butter. Additional walnuts are placed in the walnut press at a lower temperature for a prolonged period of time to preserve the nutrients naturally available in each walnut... coining the name cold pressed walnut oil. Then this walnut oil is added to our walnut butter to create a more creamy experiencer with 100% organic butter from walnuts and walnut oil. Then the butter is placed in a recyclable dark glass bottle to keep the light out which helps protect the butter. Then the lid is added to eliminate oxygen from entering.

Fresh raw cold pressed walnut oil is a delicate nutritious oil with a shorter shelf-life than other oils. Walnut oil contains healthier polyunsaturated fats. Keep walnut oil in dark, cool areas with the lid tightly sealed. Cold-pressed walnut oil from organic fresh walnuts is delicate and delicious. Keep these walnut oil bottles in the refrigerator.
