When orders are received, walnut is shelled. When we receive enough walnut butter orders, we shell the walnuts. Then blend them. This creates a fresh easier-to-digest and more palatable creamy walnut butter. Our equipment is on our farm and dedicated to only walnut butter. The walnut meat is placed in the walnut blender. The blended walnut butter is placed in a recyclable dark glass bottle with a lid that is sealed to eliminate oxygen from entering. This better preserves the butter.
