- 1 cup Handy Farms organic Red Walnuts or English Walnuts
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet and toast them for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
