Gluten Free Pie Crust Recipe (Organic, Vegan Keto, Raw Walnuts)
This gluten-free pie crust recipe is more than gluten-free. It is delicious, organic, and soft on the mouth! It’s one of our favorites for holidays and special occasions. It’s much more satisfying compared to regular walnut pie crust because the traditional English Walnuts are replaced with a better tasting Red Walnut. There’s also an opportunity to make this Pie crust vegan. The main difference for this is that we replace organic butter with organic coconut oil.
Gluten Free Organic Walnut Pie Crust Recipe
Vegan Pie Crust Recipe (Organic, Walnuts)

Gluten Free Pie Crust
Instructions:
- Shell 3 cups of red walnuts (best done in a group setting with friends and family)
- Blend red walnuts for 30 seconds
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Press walnuts against the pan as the crust
- Add 4 tablespoons of butter or coconut oil on top of the pie crust
- Add glass pie pan and pie crust to microwave for ten seconds
- Spread butter or oil all over crust
- Add pie crust and pan into oven for ten minutes
- Remove pie pan from the oven
- Cool pie crust before adding filling for best results
