We remove the skins because a lot of folks—ourselves included—find them a little tough to digest. It’s a gentler almond, perfect for snacking or using in recipes.
We grow our almonds using regenerative and organic farming practices, which means we avoid synthetic pesticides and focus on building healthy soil, supporting biodiversity, and keeping the land thriving for future generations.
